     We, The Secrets are a Lowcountry, South Carolina, based band who bring the Funk, Jazz, Soul, and Motown to the masses. We have been around for years but have been of course, kept a secret from everywhere except the lowcountry. We have played at several places such as Off The Hook, Bert's Bar, and Wild Wings Cafe. We'll play at almost any gig. Whether its a hip bar/club, or a private function, we're there. Our music is one of a kind. and we have the facts to prove it. We were voted best house band in Charleston 2 years in a row. Also, when we finished recording our demo cd in the summer/fall of 2000 and released it to the public; Our song "Whatever It Takes" was voted best song in the Millenium Music Choice Awards.

     Looking back on our accomplishments, we strive to keep going musically. We have been complimented highly by so many different musicians; that we have been able to open up shows for groups like: Main Ingredients, Cool and The Gang, Barkays, Head Hunters, and Fred Weasley (the sax player for James Brown).
